Town Houses

From an empty field to two Town houses…

After working closely with an Architect on several projects, we were commissioned by the Architect himself, to build a pair of town houses on a tight site.

The result was a pair of identical houses; three bedrooms, two bathrooms and drive on access, with stunning views over the airport and south coast.

We were proud of what we achieved and the Architect is another happy customer.

This high quality and carefully constructed house needed a sensitive addition and renovation to preserve the history and features of the house while turning the kitchen, living and bathrooms areas into modern and usable spaces.

Wadestown House

It was a pleasure to work with our clients on this project who had clear views on how to modernise their home. Our work included changes to the kitchen, living areas, a bathroom and bedroom.

Aro Valley House

An alteration and addition to an existing bungalow to increase the size of the house.

We built a new master bedroom, dining area, kitchen and decking.

All on a tight site with existing trees to be retained.

Strathmore House

This project was a substantial alteration to a 1930’s family home, including a new kitchen, relocating a bathroom and laundry, replacing a conservatory, excavating and rebuilding retaining walls, extending a deck and strengthening foundations.

Hataitai House

Richbuilt has had a long relationship with the owners of this house. We completed three separate projects for the family over a period of time. The second stage included building a garage, retaining walls and adding french doors for the existing family room.
